A clear, dark coppery-amber rum with burnished copper highlights and aromas of pungent molasses, treacle, toffee, honey and vanilla with oak, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. Full-bodied with a more enhanced flavor profile than the lower proof Blue Label accomplishes a long smooth and mellow finish, and despite its strength.
Pusser's is the original Navy Rum as served on board warships of Great Britain's Royal Navy for 330 years from about 1675 to 1970. It was a part of the life and times of Nelson and the old navy so aptly described in the novels of Patrick O'Brian!
