Ransom Spirits was founded in 1997 in Oregon's Willamette Valley, where founder Tad Seestedt grows organic barley on a 40-acre certified organic farm and distills in a traditional, direct-fired French alambic pot still. The Old Tom Gin is a historically inspired style, slightly sweeter and richer than London Dry, with malt flavors from the grain and earthy botanicals sourced from Oregon. Vibrant juniper and forest aromas, a rich and silky palate with malt, citrus, and coriander, and a long, elegant botanical finish.
