Schneider Eisbock Tap 9 takes the already exceptional Aventinus Weizenbock and concentrates it further through ice freezing, removing water to intensify every flavor and push the ABV to 12%. The result is mahogany, nearly black, with plum and bitter almond aromatics and a full, warming palate of banana and clove that is unlike any other beer you can buy.
