Skrewball was created in San Diego by Steven and Brittany Yeng, who started serving peanut butter whiskey cocktails at their bar and watched it become a phenomenon before bottling it in 2018. It combines the warmth and vanilla sweetness of whiskey with a genuine, rich peanut butter flavor, striking a balance between sweet and savory that works surprisingly well both straight and in cocktails.
Bottled at 35% ABV, it is smooth and approachable, the kind of bottle that converts people who claim they don't like whiskey and gives whiskey lovers an entirely new flavor direction to play with.
