The Double Rum is the top of the range, a blend of two age statements, 16 year and 5 year rum, then married together for an additional two years in used bourbon barrels to integrate and deepen.
The result is a rich, complex rum that showcases what long Filipino aging can achieve: caramelized tropical fruit, toasted nuts, and a mellow backbone of cherry and vanilla built for sipping.
