Tequila Ocho is famous for treating tequila like fine wine, bottling single estate, vintage-dated expressions that capture a specific field and harvest year. This Plata comes from the Corralillos rancho in the Los Altos highlands of Jalisco, made from 100% Blue Weber agave so the natural terroir of the site shows through with clarity.
The agaves are harvested at full maturity, slow roasted in traditional brick ovens, crushed with a roller mill, naturally fermented in open-air tanks, and double distilled in copper pot stills. It is an additive-free, unaged tequila built on authenticity and transparency, bottled at 40% ABV.
