An Earth Friendly Biodynamic Blend From The Uco Valley
Tikal Natural is a blend of Malbec and Syrah from a Demeter certified biodynamic vineyard in Vista Flores, hand harvested and aged around ten months in French and American oak with mostly used barrels so the fruit stays in front.
Biodynamic farming goes a step past organic: no synthetic inputs, plus a whole system approach to the vineyard. The wine is full bodied and lively, and it is the closest thing we carry to a natural wine with real Argentine muscle.
Tasting Notes
- Nose: Dark berry, cracked pepper, dried flowers.
- Palate: Full and energetic with concentrated fruit, silky tannin, and a fresh acid backbone.
- Finish: Persistent, spicy, clean.
How to Enjoy
- Grilled steak with chimichurri, the obvious and correct choice.
