Tripel Karmeliet is brewed by Brouwerij Bosteels in Buggenhout, Belgium, based on a recipe recorded in 1679 at the Carmelite convent of Dendermonde. Made from wheat, barley, and oats — an unusual three-grain combination — it delivers vanilla and citrus aromas, the lightness and freshness of wheat, the creaminess of oats, and a spicy lemon-quinine dryness that makes it uniquely captivating. One of the most awarded Belgian ales in the world.
