Asolo is the smaller of the two Prosecco Superiore DOCG zones, tucked into the hills west of Valdobbiadene. Villa Sandi has long championed it, and the wines trade obvious fruit for cut and minerality.
Brut here means genuinely dry. If your customer likes Champagne but wants an Italian price, this is the bottle to hand them.
Tasting Notes

- Palate: Dry, taut, and mineral with green apple and a fine steady bead.
