Barrel Picks & Single Barrels

A single barrel bottling comes from one cask and nothing else — no blending, no batching to a house profile. Two bottles of the same expression from different barrels can differ noticeably in proof character, oak and sweetness, which is the whole appeal.

Barrel picks are the ones we chose ourselves. We taste through samples, select the barrel, and it is bottled for us alone. When it is gone there is no reorder.
